An Open Letter to the US Postal Service

Jan 16, 2011 16:58

Dear USPS,

Are things so bad for the snail-mail industry that you've been reduced to charging people $1 to "verify their identity" when they change their address? I am sorry you are becoming obsolete but please stop resorting to extortion to stay in business. Might I suggest becoming more competitive in the personal shipping industry? Show Fed-Ex and UPS how things are MEANT to be delivered.

Sincerely,
And You Wonder Why We're All Going For E-Mail
