For a very good reason, a customer almost made me cry today.
I managed to find the book she'd been searching years for, after a very confusing hunt being that it wasn't where it was supposed to be. She was so excited she practically hugged me, and then after she left she came back later to bring me a gift, she was so grateful.
I now have a canister of Greek peppermint chocolate rolled wafers. And they are delicious. She seriously did almost make me cry, they've never been so happy they had to go get me something to thank me.
