Earlier today was such a mess. It always is on Saturdays at that place. It's why I speak to the horses in Japanese, so no one else knows that I'm complaining about the idiocy going on around me and that I have this mental image of myself repeatedly hitting my head against the nearest firm surface.
...at one point that surface was one of the horses shoulders. He understood.
Just like he understood when I gave up trying to use the damn stupid contraption they wanted me to use. Some "telescopic whip" thing. It is the most stupid and useless thing ever. I attempted to use it, and then threw it down onto the ground in disgust. I don't need to use one, and the horse did just fine without it.
And they wonder why I stopped showing up for a while. I can get so much more accomplished when they leave me alone.
