Oak bookshelves are an amazing thing. I work in a proper bookstore with proper, real wood bookshelves.
And they totally just saved all our asses tonight during the drive-by shooting that hit us and several other businesses on the street. The bookshelves stopped the bullets from even entering the store, for which we were all grateful. Especially me and one of my coworkers. We were working right by those bookshelves when it happened.
So everyone, there is a lesson to be learned here. Buy oak bookshelves.
