Well, now that you've mentioned it

I wanted to post about the Zapiro cartoon that has a lot of people's underwear in the proverbial twist. Of course, the somewhat shocking cartoon and the cartoonist's refusal to apologise and the paper's decision not to withdraw it with apologies has sparked lots of controversy. Also loads of nonsense talk about Jacob Zuma, but that is a standard these days.

I can't help, but post this however:

This guy posted this video before the testing of the Large Hadron Collider experiment, pompously entitled "LHC Satans Stargate", title recreated as is.

Just to introduce the couple of concepts he is trying to refer to. Nibiru - Also known as The Twelfth Planet or Planet X, some are warning that this wandering body is quickly nearing the Earth - and could cause global devastation. This concept is introduced by Zecharia Sitchin, who claims it comes from the ancient Sumerian texts, which he helpfully translated for his readers.

I feel the need to point out, as a long-time Stargate SG-1 fan that the devil of the universe, also known as Sokar to his fellow G'oauld has been killed in the 3rd season and his 'hell' blown up. See? Nothing to worry about ladies and gentlemen, blowing up up of things saves the day.
