It's nice to be appreciated

I received a most curious call this afternoon. It was from Land's End *thanking* me for my business. Now I didn't order all that much (a few shirts and two pair of jeans) and this was the first time I'd ordered with them. I've ordered online from a few different companies over the years but I have never received any kind of thank you like that.

I'm impressed.
