Well, it finally happened. My bike told me his name last night :P His name is Bluebird! (Yes, I know he's purple. Yes, I know bikers are wierd ;)

Bluebird of happiness? You could say that, yes. Riding does make me happy :) As for how I know, it's kind of a feeling. A sense of "rightness" is the best I can explain it. My thought processes at the time were rather random. I was riding home yesterday and unfortunately my concentration was not the best so my mind was wandering. I somehow got onto thinking about birds and remembering the time I saw a Bluebird near the house. Then it went like this: "Bluebird...
...Bluebird?" Ding! "Your name is Bluebird! (but you're purple...) OK, OK, Bluebird it is!" :)

And I did have to sing a few repetitions of They Might Be Giants after that too :P
