This was a massive hit at a pre-thanksgiving party on Saturday, unique and really easy/good.

Cranberry Salsa
INGREDIENTS (Nutrition)
* 2 cups frozen cranberries, thawed
* 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
* 6 tablespoons honey
* 1 1/2 tablespoons tequila
* 1 1/2 tablespoons Triple Sec or other orange liqueur
* 4 fresh jalapeno peppers, seeded and minced
* 1/4 cup chopped cilantro leaves

DIRECTIONS

1. Place the cranberries in a blender; pulse until smooth; scrape into a bowl. Stir the lime juice, honey, tequila, Triple Sec, jalapeno peppers, and cilantro into the cranberries; cover and refrigerate overnight.

Yup! Regular Tostitos were a big hit, i also picked up a loaf of hard bread and cut it up - but the chips were definitely the best. Make sure you chop the cilantro and jalapenos extra fine (definitely get both fresh, big diff!) and let sit in fridge for atleast 12 hours if possible. I doubled the batch and 15 people ate all of it and couldn't stop raving heh.

I try to do something unique and out there every year, last year my out there dish was cranberry bruschetta which was also a big hit and easy ;)
