Because Joon needs to be Changsun again.
Seungho is busy himself. He's not as busy as Joon, but he is busy. It's just that when he watches Joon he feels extremely lazy. He has more time off, and he spends most of that time lying on the couch or in his bed, taking a nap, waking up occasionally to eat something or watch some rerun on the television.
And he knows that Joon hasn't had a day off for a while, he's running on pure caffeine, sugar and nerves and he's running in between performances, variety shows and interviews and still Joon wants to do more. Joon wants to act, wants to dance more, sing more, do more.
Joon works hard, he goes on and on and on and Seungho doesn't even know what Joon's like when he isn't exhausted, he doesn't even know who Changsun is anymore, but Joon doesn't complain - he never does. Because it's for himself, for them, for MBLAQ, because they are MBLAQ.
Seungho knows it and he doesn't know what to do about it, because he wants to find a way so Joon can relax, can rest, can sleep, be Changsun again...And when Joon is dragged out by G.O., Seungho is quick to come with them because god knows what they might do when they're drunk and Joon definitely wouldn't be able to handle alcohol in this state. And when they go home, Seungho dragging a blabbering Joon with him when G.O. has suddenly disappeared, a way to make Joon relax floats through his mind.
But he resists, because Joon is drunk and tired and it just wouldn't be right. But his reasoning goes away when JoonChangsun is mumbling against his neck, and he pushes Joon against the door of their dorm, kissing him until Joon gives in and becomes Changsun again.

Seungho is woken up the next morning, because Joon has to get to a schedule. He frowns, because nothing has changed after all. But when Joon, no Changsun, turns around and presses a kiss to his lips, looking more like himself then he did the day before, Seungho knows everything will be alright.
