So maybe I wasn't supposed to be playing soccer with the mortals.

... But did they really have to take my wings?

My flight to New York leaves in two hours. My university is glad to welcome me back and the dick of an apartment manager says my rooms are ready.

I'm missing something here, aren't I?

what did i do, not supposed to be this way, what the who the what the how, aksjdhaskljdhalks, crying on the inside, damnit cronus

Anything to make us all look like mortals.

I was thinking along the lines of 'anything to make us suffer'. But you make a fair point, Lord.

Lord? It's been a while since that has been used for me. Don't.

Suffering is a part it also, I would think losing wings counts in that category also

Oh, but why? What if I want to?

It's... I suppose we're all equal now. What if I don't want you to? I could try to stop you.

At least it's only once.

Well... if you stop me it means you have power over me so that would justify me calling you Lord.

You don't know that for sure.

What if I just ask nicely?

So far, the wings have not returned.

Are you?

Plenty of other things hurt, Morpheus.

Please? I would rather not beg.

Not the same as that one instance, Eurus.

Yes, of course it will be as you wish it. I have called you Morpheus, have I not?

The creativity of our superiors knows no bounds.
