Here are my resolutions for 2009. Please hassle me about these throughout the year.

WHY- I was in shape in Spring of 200 and I felt great, then my spinning class ended and I lost it. I miss feeling fit. I miss being able to run distances comfortably. Being in shape will help me feel better, physically and mentally. Additionally, being in shape will also make me more attractive, a seemingly reoccurring theme in my resolutions. This reoccurrence would suggest that I am eager to be attractive, or at least eager to have someone to be attracted to me.
HOW- I have set up my school schedule so that I don't have any classes before 9 AM, I will wake every morning at 6:48, and run from 7:02 to 7:44 through the suburban maze I live in and into the horse trail. I will then be home with plenty of time to shower, change, and eat a hearty breakfast. This running schedule will even work into the summer because I don't ever have to work before 9 due to the fact EmbroidMe doesn't open until 9. This running schedule will not likely work in Vancouver, so once I get settled in I will need to readjust. Materials I will need to complete this resolution include: Water Bottles, A Few More Pairs of Work-Out Shorts, and Something to Fasten My Ipod to Me While I Run.
WHAT WILL COME OF THIS? - I will be physically fitter, in both the American and British sense of the word "fit." This will promote a better general well-being and self-confidence.
