Well, it's Queen's Day for the Netherlands, and so he and his only citizen- Margot- are celebrating. Of course. They're covered head-to-toe in orange paint with occasional splashes of red, white, and blue, and they're attacking anything they can find with the blindingly colored paint. For something that looks so utterly ridiculous, they seem to be having a pretty good time- though he is still bandaged and recovering, Netherlands is smiling and laughing freely for the first time since the regains messed up. They also both happen to be wearing the Dutch national flag like capes.]
