I apologise for my rather sudden vanishing act - it was not a good time in which to disappear, but I do believe that having stayed behind with what happened would have been an unwise action. Because the last time the bleeding started it seemed to upset quite a few of you, and I wouldn't want it to interfere negatively with your, ah, current disapproval. If things haven't been straightened out yet, perhaps if we did so before this party actually comes to term would be a good idea. Although, I won't be dragging you kicking and screaming to the cross if you're unwilling.
