Okay, based on the votes this is the list of characters + Chloe pairings (including Chloe/Sam! and Chloe/Castiel, too) one or more wanted fanart for, and based on the amount of votes they got this is the order I would make them in (pairings with the same amount get the same precedence).
My order of priority would be: Requests for a pairing high on the list > Request for a pairing lower on the list > No specfic requests, fanart for pairings will be posted in the order listed below.
