He kidnaps three tourists and describes in detail how he will surgically connect his three victims mouth-to-anus, so that they share a single digestive system, forming a "human centipede".
This Dutch horror movie, The Human Centipede (First Sequence) written and directed by Tom Six, is not as gross as you would expect but still satisfying in the body-shock effect.
The biggest bug is how they portrayed the German detectives. None can be more senseless.
