Robert Downey Jr. was left badly injured on the set the new Sherlock Holmes movie.
According to American tabloid the National Enquirer, the actor - who plays the titular character in the sequel - and his costar, Jude Law, were riding through the streets of London in a horsedrawn buggy when Jude jerked up his whip handle just as Downey leaned down.
The handle banged Downey smack in the eye, knocking him flat and leaving him injured.
“The cast and crew came running as Downey howled, filming halted while medics nursed his eye with ice bags - and Jude kept whining apologies,” a source said.
“Hours later, medics determined the swelling had subsided, so after a bit of makeup magic - the scene was reshot.”
The fact that Robert was hurt by a horsewhip is naughty enough.
Jude was the one that whipped him makes it a whole new level of kink. So rough! :D
Anyway, I hope Robert will recover very soon.
