(no subject)
Obviously I'm back home now. Not a lot happening. Got invited to dinner by my preacher and his wife. Kinda wierd. I don't really know them too well. They came to our church last August in the midst of a lot going on and getting ready to go to school. But they've embraced me for some reason, even though I've been home like 6 times this whole school year and seen then maybe 4 of those times. I guess I'm gonna go. Its tomorrow night.
My mom is keeping my cousins two kids. One is 5 and the other is about 2 or 3 weeks old. She is so precious. She was born while I was in New Orleans. My mom took pictures and emailed them to me, but I actually got to see her today.
I'm trying to get ready for school. I really don't wanna do all the decorating mess, but I guess its part of being an RA. Anyone got any suggestions? I'm gonna do a whole New Orleans/French Quarter/Mardi Gras theme. Of course I can't go too overboard with teh Mardi Gras theme since it is a Baptist school. Anybody got any ideas?
I'm really tired. I got up early this morning so I could watch the kids while my mom did some stuff. So maybe I'll take a nap. I'm pretty good at that, so it shouldn't be a problem.
