i have an opinion i'd like to share...
i think that every restaurant's menu, no matter what flavor, what credo, what family, what food, i think that every restaurant's menu, even if it is merely an eraseable marker board, should state the owner/chef/prioprieter's name(s), so that you know at the very least the name of the person(s) whose establishment you are visiting and just who is behind the food.
