Gah!!!
It's just so hard to shop for bras right now.
Seriously.
I mean, I'm not asking for much. A nice, comfortable, fairly inexpensive bra that will support me. That's not too much to ask, is it? Really.
Usually, especially when it comes to things like bras, I don't mind paying a few extra dollars to get a nice, comfy, proper fitting specimen that will do the job and last. You get what you pay for, I firmly believe that.
But, honestly, I'm not going to pay $45+ for a bra that I might not even fit into after a month or three. I've grown out of my usual bras, (seriously, these boobs? Taking over the world. Run, people, run while you still can) and I've only just passed my first trimester.
Things are only going to get worse.
I've gone from a C-cup to a D-cup and, as if that isn't bad enough, I have to look for a size 14, instead of my usual 12. That way, it gives me plenty of room to expand at will, so to speak, and still be able to wear the bra with ease.
BUT (aye, here's the rub). NOBODY stocks size 14D. If I wanted Acup or B cup, maybe, or if I was a nice, civil size 12B... then EVERYBODY has them. And cheaply, too.
But in the bigger sizes? No such luck. There is certainly no such thing as a sale rack and, well, even then it's a bitchfight to find anything half decent.
The only things out there are the maternity bras and I'm certainly not buying any of those just yet. Lord knows what I'm going to end up as at the later stages of my pregnancy.
There is no justice for me or my ridiculously over sized boobs. It's a hard life for a sized 10 girl with size 14D breasts.
