I love being able to sing duets with Justin in Rock Band. It's like some girlish theatre nerd fantasy come true.
(That being said, hearing your brony BF singing about R34 MLP, and his voice matches the song perfectly, brings out all kinds of awkward and giggly feelings.) ^^
Also, I have finally made the transition to playing every song on Expert Bass. Still not doing so hot, but I'm hitting anywhere between 69-93% so I'm not completely bombing. (But no way will I be able to do Expert Guitar, Expert Keys, or Pro Bass for a while yet.)
