Nebraskon update

I dropped off the check from the Charity Auction to Heartland Big Brothers Big Sisters this afternoon. They were overjoyed by our generosity, and the money that was raised will support a Big and a Little for one entire year.
They expressed an interest in continuing a partnership with us, and they said that if we needed anything, we just needed to ask. They need more events that will interest their middle school aged Littles.
BTW, expect to see a photo of me on their Facebook page sometime soon... it was sprung on me last minute that they wanted to do a photo op with me giving them the check, and I felt bad that I couldn't have more of you guys in the pic. (And I'm not even in my staff shirt...)
That being said, thanks for an awesome weekend. I wouldn't trade NebrasKon for anything else.
