Miyavi stopped by an oak tree that shone of mellow red and gaudy yellow. The leaves under his shoes when he stepped on to the grass-plot crackled in harmony with the gravel that sparkled under Tora's weight.
Miyavi's head tilted back to admire the tree, his hand tucked deeper into the autumn-jacket's pockets.
“Its amazing, isn't it? What the tree must've seen... Would make a great history teacher if one could speak to him.” Miyavi smiled up against the branches of the oak and he could hear Tora hum in response when he stopped some feet from Miyavi.
“I like the colours of it. It's so... alive, refreshing you know.” Miyavi's lips pouted in wonder as he studied the tree before him. He turned with a smile to Tora. “Maybe I should copy him. A new look.”
Tora's lips twisted in slight disagreement. “How?”
“Well, just like to show that I've matured and are more steady and strong. Like an oak.” When Tora seemed to expect more of an explanation Miyavi lifted his hands from the jacket's pockets to run the fingers trough the pony-tailed hair. “Like, maybe make highlights in brown, red and yellow or something like that. It would look neat, don't you think?”
Miyavi turned again to the oak that had caught his eyes. His trot to the tree made him miss the soft smile Tora offered him. Miyavi's shout to take a picture of him hugging the tree swallowed Tora's words that anything would look good on him.
After giving the oak a last kiss Miyavi ran back to Tora. A hand gripped the other's wrist to view the photo he had taken.
“Lets take a pic together!” Miyavi stepped closer to him, throw an arm around his shoulder to be able to lean nearer Tora's head.
The camera that captured half of Miyavi's crooked smile also managed to show Tora's proud nose.
