Four years ago to the day, I wrote the above post.
I don't know whether I was expecting to be sitting here, four years later, not having abandoned this username. I suspect not. Still, I suppose it's something of an achievement.
A lot's changed. Four years ago, I was going to go to Cambridge. Four years ago, I was going to do Computer Science. Four years ago, I hadn't yet learnt that wanting something doesn't necessarily make it happen. But, here I am now, alive (just about), still updating, for better or for worse. Let's hope next year's better, eh?
