Dear Friends
if you are reading this entry, it is because I value your friendship, and want to let you know that I will shortly be posting a link to my new account; I hope you will friend me there!
It seems to me that this would be the best way to express the things I want to share, about my writing career. And of course, many of you on my f-list are writers, too.
This is the time of year when I find myself involved in new projects (lifelong academic! sometimes a teacher!) For years, mid-September has always been about reviewing people and things gone, as well as starting new projects.
I am commited to a (writing) project right now for my editor, and the deadline is September 30th, so there is little time to spare for a couple of weeks, and then at the end of that, I'll be teaching creative writing for a few days. But after that, I can return more regularly to fiction and to livejournal.
I hope my absence from livejournal has not lost me too many friends.
