The sun it sets,
watch the full moon rise.
The stars start twinkling,
in the twilight sky.

A dying flower,
fragile and dry.
A lot like my heart,
no tears in my eye.

Unfinished thoughts are running through my mind.
How can they call themselves friends then they're not always so kind.

My body stops beating,
my body starts to die.
My soul will live on,
as time passes by.

They're the reason for the many scars upon my wrist.
I'm convinced that I won't be missed.

to be held in your sweet embrace.
