I've decided to try something new. Normally I set a calorie amount and that's what I eat every day. But now since I still feel disgusting, I'm going to eat as little as possible for as long as I can. When I do get unbearably hungry, or feel like I'm going to faint, ill eat very little of something really, really low in calories. I need to be 105. I need to see the bones. I need perfection and control.

If anyone has any tips on good really low cal or even good negative cal foods that will sustain me please comment. thanks!
