No, no. Not...really. Lupus erythematosus. It's a sometimes fatal autoimmune disease. The immune system attacks your cells and tissue, which results in damage. Patients present with alopecia, mouth and nasal ulcers, and lesions on the skin. There is also, occasionally, renal and neurological damage/failure.
Very little massive hair growth. I think you're thinking of Hypertrichosis.
