Gah, I have so much stuff to type up, it's not even funny...
So, instead of doing that, I typed up something else totally different. *gets shot*

Five Times Zack Cried (And One Time He Didn’t)
Paring: Zack / Hodgins (Bones)
Rating: NC-17
Summary: Six different scenes, all outcomes courtesy of Hodgins.
Warning: This contains SLASH and can be quite angsty at times. Also, spoilers for Bones up through episode 3.15 (“The Pain In The Heart”).
Disclaimer: Remember that one time Zack got a blowjob in the lab? You don’t? Well, then I guess I don’t own Bones. *shrugs*
Author’s Notes: I always wanted to do one of those “Five Times ___ (And One Time ___)” things, so I thought today was the day to do one, though I have like a million other stories I should be working on. Told in Zack’s POV, by the way, but it’s probably a lot out of character at the end. I totally cried while writing the last few parts, just to let you know.

One: My First Day
After the fifth time Dr. Brennan yelled at me for not being careful around her work, I began to feel completely useless.
“Mr. Addy! If you think you’re taking your lunch break right now, you are mistaken,” she told me as she was leaning over a skeleton.
I started walking back over to where she was when a voice suddenly said, “Oh, come on, give him a break. He’s already done better than your last assistant ever has. He must be starved.” Jumping when I felt a hand on my shoulder, I turned to find a man smiling at me. “Sorry if I scared you. I don’t believe we’ve been properly introduced. My name’s Dr. Jack Hodgins, but please call me Hodgins.” he said with a kind voice. Hodgins seemed very friendly.
I stuck out my hand. “I’m Zack Addy. Pleased to meet you.” He shook my hand, still smiling.
“So, Brennan, could Zack here have some lunch now?”
She dismissed us with a wave of her hand. “Fine. Maybe some food will help him focus.”
Hodgins grabbed my arm and we headed off to the break room to get our lunches. Once we got them, he pulled me up to the lounge overlooking the lab below.
“So, Zack, tell me a little about yourself,” Hodgins said after taking a bite of his sandwich, catching me completely off-guard with his smile.
“Like what?” I asked, putting down the fork I was using to eat my mac-and-cheese with.
“Like where you grew up or something.”
“Well, I lived in Michigan my entire life with my three brothers, four sisters, and my parents,” I answered.
“Whoa, you have seven siblings? That’s insane! I’m an only child, you see. You say you’re from Michigan, right? Do you have a place here yet?”
I shook my head, tears forming in the corners of my eyes. “The apartment that I was going to be staying at just informed me this morning that I’ve been outbid, so I can’t live there.”
I felt Hodgins put his hand on my shoulder again as tears spilt down my cheeks. “Hey, don’t cry… What’d ya say if I said you could live with me for as long as you like? I just finished fixing up the room above my garage and was going to rent it out, but I think I’d rather have you stay there.”
“How much would rent be?” I wiped my eyes with my hand.
“Free, of course,” he replied.
“What?” I looked at him to see if he was being serious. He looked pretty serious to me.
“Yeah, you can live there for no charge. You’re a student, so I figure you’re pretty tight with cash. It’s not like I need any more money, anyway.” Hodgins smiled at me again, and I felt the strongest urge to hug him.
So, I did.

Two: My One Night Stand Rejected Me
Hodgins found me crying quietly as I was boiling off the flesh from the body Dr. Brennan was working on.
“Yo, Zack, what happened?” he asked softly, concerned.
I sniffled. “Naomi won’t answer my calls, Hodgins… I’m so confused…”
“Oh Zack… I don’t think she’ll be calling back,” he answered.
“Why not?”
“Well…I saw her with Bruce. Seems like they got back together again.” He looked at me and gave me an awkward hug. “Dude, I’m so sorry…”
I leaned into Hodgins and just held onto him as I cried into his shoulder. “What did I do wrong? Why do they always leave?”
He rubbed my back. “It’s not your fault, Zack. They don’t know what they’re missing out on. But don’t worry, you’ll find someone.”
Hodgins held me until the crying stopped, comforting me with his words all the while.

Three: My Confession To Hodgins
Hodgins pulled into the driveway and parked before asking, “What did you say?”
I was on the verge of tears. “I said that I love you, Hodgins. I know you’re straight, but I couldn’t stop myself from falling in love with you… You must never want to see me again…”
“Why would you say that I’d want you to go?” he said quietly.
The tears were flowing freely now. “Because you don’t love me… Because you’re going to feel uncomfortable around me now… Because you’re not gay…”
“Zack, please stop crying…” He began dabbing my cheeks with a tissue as he continued. “I’m not as straight as everyone seems to think, you know…”
“What do you mean? You’re always dating some pretty girl…” Fresh tears poured out at the thought of Hodgins being with a woman.
“I’m bi-sexual, Zack. And I do love you. Ever since your first day of work. Don’t you remember how nice I was to you?” He smiled at me softly before leaning in to plant a kiss on my lips.
That kiss was all the reassurance I could ever need.

Four: My First Time With Hodgins
I was laying back on my bed, watching Hodgins strip down to nothing, his clothes joining mine on the floor.
“Could you direct me to where you keep your lube?” he asked like it was something we talked about every day. I nodded my head in the direction of my nightstand, waiting for him to find some and join me on the bed.
“What should I do?”
He chuckled at my inexperience. “Lift your hips for me.”
When I did, he slipped a pillow under me and uncapped the tube he held in his hands.
“Shit, is there like none left?” he said, squeezing what little was left onto his finger. “Oh well, I guess this will have to do…”
I moaned when he suddenly slipped a finger inside me, tensing up at the strange sensation. Over time, more of his fingers found their way in, too, and I eventually got used to the feeling.
“This is your first time with a guy, am I right?” I nodded as he pulled his fingers out. “You’re going to want to take a deep breath and relax, then…”
I did as he said and inhaled, but my breath came out shaky when he began to press into me. It really hurt, despite Hodgins’ preparations, and tears ran down my cheek. He immediately stopped.
“Oh God, I’m sorry, Zack! You’re just still really tight. Do you want me to pull out?” he asked, his voice heavy with concern.
Though it hurt a lot, I wanted him right now. “Hodgins, I need you inside… Just go slow. I’ll be fine.”
He frowned a little and said, “Are you sure?” I nodded and he started to push in a little bit more.
I let out a loud sob. It just hurt too much.
“Zack? Zack, are you okay?” Hodgins changed his angle a little when he felt my heart and the pain wasn’t as bad.
I pushed myself down onto him, crying out in pleasure this time. “Hodgins… Like that… Do it like that…”
He pulled out a little before pushing back in, causing me to moan loudly. That was all the encouragement he needed to start thrusting in and out, going deeper and deeper until he grazed up against my prostate and I cried out, shivering and writhing under him.
“Zack…” he moaned as I tightened around him. “Oh God…”
I couldn’t take it anymore.
Shouting a jumble of words, I came hotly across our chests as Hodgins shot deep inside me.
As we both came down from orgasmic bliss, I leaned up and kissed him before flopping back onto the bed.

Five: My Decision
“What do you mean you’re getting married?” I cried, Hodgins standing in front of me in the bones room silently.
“I’m really sorry, Zack.”
“No, you’re not! Why would you tell me you love me and then go and propose to Angela? Do you even care about me at all?”
He took a step forward. “But I do love you, Zack. I don’t know why I asked her, but I did…”
Hodgins went to go put his hand on my shoulder, but I swatted it away. “Don’t touch me!” I shouted. “Just leave me alone!”
I left the room running, tears pouring down my face. I wasn’t looking and felt myself bump into someone.
“Whoa, Zack, you okay?” It was Angela.
Before I knew what I was doing, I screamed “Go away!” and knocked her to the ground before running out of the Jeffersonian.
I hailed the first cab I saw and got in, paying for the ride back to my apartment above the garage with the money I won from Agent Booth yesterday when I was the one who guessed what number he was thinking of.
I found the letter from the President asking if I would go to Iraq still on my fridge. I would be leaving soon if I decided to go, which meant I’d miss Hodgins wedding.
Maybe if I was lucky, I wouldn’t come back.

And One Time He Didn’t: My Biggest Mistake
I woke to find myself in the hospital, bandages covering my destroyed hands.
Hodgins was sitting next to me, weeping.
“Oh God, Zack…” he said quietly. “What happened to you? I can’t believe you were helping…him…”
I stared at him blankly. I couldn’t feel anything.
“Guess you didn’t hang out with me enough to realize it,” I said flatly.
Hodgins looked upset. “Was this all my fault? Was you joining up with Gormagon my fault?”
I didn’t have the heart to tell him that it was. I rolled over so I didn’t have to look at him anymore.
“Zack, say something!” he shouted, his voice choked with tears.
“I love you,” I said, no emotion behind it at all.
I didn’t cry.
I didn’t feel human enough to be able to.
