Keeping busy much?
This week, I looked at my schedule and was struck by the number of extracurriculars it contained, and how much it resembled the schedule of a bored housewife. I was also impressed that I could fit so much in, given that my work schedule is a bit idiosyncratic.
Monday - the last of 4 intro to ballroom classes with S
Tuesday - run around with realtor
Wednesday - beit midrash at the Ortho shul up north
Thursday - beginning a 6-week calligraphy class
Friday morning - tea ceremony class starts!!!
Then again, maybe I am that kid who was really trying to get into Harvard 20 years ago, back when having a finger in every pot was considered the way to go. In any case, this seems like a bit much. In a good way.
