ow, I think i injured my shin bone. well, that's the bone between your knee and ankle am i right? It hurts a lot when i press up on it and when i put my foot in odd positions. I think i might have damaged it on tuesday, when we were playing wiffleball in gym. I was running a lot, but my legs didn't get a morning stretch. Oi, I think im gunna try o rub it out, and drink more milk.
Hmmm, so i want to go on a diet. I don't know what kind of diet i'll consider following, but as of now im leaning towards the low fat stuff. Screw Atkins, i know it might be a good diet, but i need less fat. I've decided to work harder in my weight training class, because i've been slacking off and i dont wanna fail his class, plus i could use the workout, but all it's doing is adding muscles to me, not burning the fat, and the damn treadmill is broken.
School is soooooooooOOOOOOOO stressing me out. I figure once i hand in my research paper for US History, I will be stress FREEE!!!!!
So..., i better get crackin.
