I am so exhausted

So I don't know what made me think it was a good idea, I guess it sounded good in my head at the time. I started working on a production manual for Alumni Today this morning, thinking that if I recorded all of the different assignments step-by-step that the first-year journalism kids would be able to pull off an incredibly outstanding publication. Hi Mrs. Coyer, it's Jessica; I just want you to know just how honorable your efforts to provide a step-by-step guide to any process of your major publication are. This kind of exhaustion-as you already know- is that resultant of hard work and a deep-seated desire to see things go smoothly. I'm glad you are on your way to completing this monumental task, and after experiencing all that is Editorial Responsibility, I will in no way deny that I am majorly envious of your organizational accomplishment!!! Anywaaaays, just wanted to holler at my teach from Puyallup, I walk by your room and I just want to go in and say hi, like old times. Sniff! Believe it or not I sometimes forget you aren't there, even-though-I-know-you-teach-at-PHS, then I walk by and think better of going into a room not yours. Didn't really intend to share a sob story, but I'm glad you are enjoying what you love again, I know it consumes you, oh how I know, and I'm just glad you love it ( ... )

Jess,
Good times! I miss seeing your smiling face every day too (even when I wasn't your teacher). Glad you guys are keeping up the FAFF fight, I'm just waiting to see what happens in Everett. Student press in Washington State could be going to court very soon.

:) Yes, I am back doing what I love. It's a building year, but boy does the future look bright!

When an issue of Totem Talk comes out could you send me one? I would also love to get one of your yearbooks, too. How much and what do I have to do?
