So, heres a new reason why putting up Christmas decorations so early sucks:
I went to Target tonight to buy some socks. When I left, I noticed that there were a whole bunch of Christmas decorations by the exit. The decorations made me feel Christmas-season-y, and then when I thought about how all I had was a bag of socks, walking out by myself, I got bummed - frown style.
I felt lonely, and it sucked. I worried I was time travelling to a month from a couple weeks from now. Buying myself a lame gift heading toward a night alone. Fortunately I have family. I had better not be experiencing dejavu in a month from two weeks from tonight.
I'm just tired of not having a consistent someone.
Tomorrow I'm going to a dog park with this cute veterinarian nurse who seems to like me.
I should really learn her name. She seems nice.
So thats why Christmas decorations directly after Halloween suck -> they bum me out.
Plus Target stopped carrying my usual brand...
