A Zoological DITL
The girls are up. Blue is ready...
Scrubs is ready...
Birdy is...sitting on the heater.
There are two DITLs being done today. I am using an Olympus Pen:
And Sue is using her Pentax:
We drive (I think Sue took this pic for me)...
And take a bathroom break...
Daph and I stay in the car.
I always like that this Starbucks is next to this store:
We get there!
Where to?
It's cold. Let's go see the reptiles. Starting with Snakes!
Gators make me miss Houston. Just a little.
Back out into the cold.
Let's see animals that like the cold. Check out that tiny, tiny fox.
It was very popular.
What could be around the corner here?
OMG! I can't even believe it!
Ok. Don't believe it. It was just a picture of a picture. Fake.
But this is real:
Seriously. We could watch this all day. We kinda did.
Okay. I know this picture is underwhelming. But when I was little, I had a Ranger Rick with a Red Panda on it. I thought I would never see on in real life. Amazing.
The Butterfly exhibit steamed up my lens and my glasses and was miserable.
There is some fussiness. Time to leave.
Never eaten here before.
Hurry up!
The peanuts won't hold us much longer!
Dudes. Don't look at this picture if you're hungry or on a diet. For realz.
Bird likes veggie sandwiches. Weird.
Blue dabs herself clean for the long drive home.
When we finally get home, Blue thinks I need to take pictures of Loafy, the white buffalo.
So I do.
Bedtime. That means reading first.
We watch just a little TV.
Then we read in bed. Check out awesome light.
And awesome Kindle cover Sue bought me.
What shall I read? You should read
the story I have in Prick of the Spindle this month. Sorry for the plug. Good night!
