Permissions & Contact
When interacting with Willow, there are two things you should keep in mind:
[1] Willow is blind in her right eye. The pupil does not react as readily to light, and it is a trifle lazy. Willow does her best to cover for this, however she tends to look at people crookedly. She also lacks depth perception, and is fairly incapable of catching or throwing objects with any accuracy. Feel free to notice that something is off/she is partly blind. Just please keep it reasonable, and after some amount of exposure to it. And don't have your character throw anything breakable to her unless you're prepared to see it broken.
[2] Willow is an untrained tactile psychic. What this means is that by touching people she is able to glimpse a person's thoughts or emotions. She is frightened by this ability and unable to control how the ability ‘triggers.’ Any skin-to-skin contact at all will trigger the ability. Because she is similarly unable to filter what she absorbs, she is chiefly unable to discern anything more specific than the general sum of her target’s mood, or tone of their life. Essentially, Willow‘s a walking mood ring.
Unable to filter the results, the ability can overload her system in the case of prolonged exposure. This overload can and will cause her to go into a seizure. However, as she is unable to focus and unable to control it, this ‘ability’ is likewise easy to interrupt. It requires skin contact (which she avoids in the first place), and any mind-altering substance inhibits the ability, as well as any mental resistance the target may have, whether natural, artificial, or learned.
She will go ridiculously out of her to avoid touching your character. Years of practice have lended a certain subtlety to the way she avoids touch, so she is not always going to be jerking sharply out of the way. Given the right circumstances, she'll just slide around it. However, unexpected/unseen attempts to touch her can and will make her recoil.
Otherwise...
Backtagging: Yes, please.
Threadjacking: Is 100% peachy keen.
Fourthwalling: Is generally a non-issue, since she's an OC. And yes, she has seen Twilight. She knows who she looks like. She'll probably just get flustered if your character points this out.
Hugging: By all means, just please specify if your character is going to be making skin-to-skin contact and please note that Willow is a shade twitchy when it comes to phsyical contact. She may dodge if she sees it coming and doesn't know the potential hugger well. Also keep in mind, skin contact of a prolonged nature will put Willow into a seizure, so if there is any skin contact, no matter how brief, she's likely going to be shoving away.
Kissing: Again, this is problematic. If your character attempts this, Willow will try to avoid it as best she can. This goes for everyone and anyone.
Injury: Are fine, but please ask if it's going to impede/handicap Willow either temporarily or permanently.
Killing: Is a resounding no.
Mind-reading: Please ask, especially since I'll need to let you know what can be picked up, anyway.
Mind-control: Please ask.
Plotting: A definite yes.
