Charity Auction Items Needed!
Figured I would throw this out there...
I was wondering if any of you or someone you know had had items, experiences, gift certificates that you might be willing to donate for my works Silent Auction? This is for charity and all proceeds benefit the Commonwealth Fund which helps cover the charitable care we provide to individuals who cannot pay or can only partially pay for the services they receive. If you do know anyone or have something please let me know and I will send an "ask letter" to make it all offical. You/they will also be provided a letter for tax purposes. I would need to have the item/gift certificate (and any literature/business cards accompying it) in hand by October 25th. This is a great opportunity for free publicity (your brochures/business cards will be displayed with the item and if i get your name by tomorrow it will be listed in the program).
I will come and pick up the item.
