wtf mate
sooooo apparently thursdays are street cleaning days for the left sides of the roads in boston...know how i found that out? because as i'm casually walking out to my car this morning, thinking i'm way ahead of schedule, i see the tow truck with my car in tow getting ready to leave. naturally, my heart stops for a few seconds and i begin to run in hopes of convincing the truck driver to not take my car. i beg him, and he says that even though he still has to "tow" it, i can pay for it right then and avoid having to go out to wherever the hell they take towed cars and avoid the police and the paperwork. soo, $110 later i have my car back with my dignity left somewhere on gordon street. oh, i also have a ticket as well that i have to pay. somedays it doesn't pay to live in boston...
