The third book in Montgomery's Anne series follows the redhead through College. Along the way she makes new friends, and finally discover's what she feels about Gilbert. Davy also is growing up and is the source of some chuckles from his letters.
I'm really enjoying the Anne books. I can't believe I've not read them before. But people will possibly not find it a surprise that I'm already reading Anne of Windy Willows, Anne's House of Dreams is in the bag brought home from library yesterday, and Anne of Ingleside is on order. I'm also reading the TS of Chronicles of Avonlea at work.
