Im down 2lbs in 2 days and I havent even dropped food yet. Today Im going to though. Im wishing the weather was better so I could jog to the coffee shop. I hate jogging inside when I can go outside. I almost have a busy schedule. Im starting to make myself more busy and I like it. Today the movies, tomorrow the dentist then a trip to the city then hot yoga. I havent scheduled anything for thursday or friday but I will probably spend it with my friends or something. Then on Saturday Im going hiking hopefully I'll drive too. I never eat when Im driving, I love it. I need to pick up my bike from my boyfriends house I think I will do that on Thursday night when Im off the rag. Today is the first day of my protein shake cleanse. I have 0 energy right now so I need to find a way to pump myself to either go for an hour walk or a 10 minute jog.
