Crappity
My father-in-law's had a stroke, and they're not sure whether he's going to make it through the night. My husband is looking at plane tickets to fly back east tomorrow. Not sure what I'll do -- I'd love to be there for him and my MIL, but I can't just take off and leave the kids and the critters. Not to mention that I'm still recovering from foot surgery and not sure what my doc would say about a 6-8 hour plane trip where I couldn't possibly elevate my feet.
