Lovely Jamie Oliver breakfast
If anyone saw Jamie at Home this week and thought his eggy crumpets looked nice, I can confirm that they are scrummy!
Had them for breakfast this morning. I did them with turkey rashers instead of bacon as they are less points, but I think they do need the bacon as the fat from the bacon helps to cook them.
