butterfly park
We went to Bedford Butterfly Park this afternoon. It was a nice little place to go to: not sure if I'd bother once Harry turns 3 and I'd have to pay for him.
We had talked about going to a butterfly farm before but weren't too sure how Harry would be with them all flying about. Turns out he was fine and loved all the pretty 'butterfies'. They also had a mini farm which he liked. And I mean mini! One big pig, some goats, and some rabbits. The rabbits were in a run but you were allowed to put children in the run to stroke them. He was a bit reluctant but then decided it might be fun. Turns out it was and he didn't want to leave.
He also wanted a toy from the gift shop thye had, and fortunately was quite happy with a 70p plastic caterpillar!
