No, I did not just get a quilting pattern in the mail....

Uhhh, nothing.

Busted.

I think I have a problem. A crafting problem.
Yesterday after dropping of my skates to be sharpened I went to the LYS to get a pair of circs for the Blade Cozies that I'm knitting for my ice skates and ended up with some really yummy yarn that has nothing to do with any of the current projects I'm working on. If you haven't seen how much friggin yarn we already have it might not seem quite as absurd as it is, but let me asure you, buying more yarn that's not for a specific big project is ridiculous.

I think I need to frog a project that I've been not working on for about a year now. I'm pretty sure I'd actually never wear the colors that I've been working with, so finishing it seems like an exercise in futility. I also made it way more complicated than it needs to be by adding an intarsia block on the back. I love the pattern, both of the jacket and of the fluer de lise I charted out for the back, but there's no way I'm going to wear it. *sigh* I'd like to work it up again in chocolate brown and camel(? not sure really what color I want with the brown), but unless I find the yarn super cheap, it's not going to happen right now.
