amazing moments
I had THE most incredible bodywork session on Friday. I wish I'd written about it sooner. It was with my massage teacher who also does Orthobionomy, cranial sacral and polarity. She did some massage on my back which was wonderful enough....but then the 2nd half of the session, she did cranial sacral.
oh....my....goodness.

I went to such a deep and amazing place I have NEVER been to before during bodywork/acupuncture..and I used to really get "out of it" with acupuncture.
I think I know what I want to study next...or even start while I'm working on the massage.
When I went to get up off the table...I could literally feel my pulse IN my spine. Have I said "wow" yet??
Today, I have a personal training session with my communications teacher...it's the "other" thing that he does. Creates work out routines for people with injuries to help them in recovering. While I've been going to the gym for several weeks now...I've been limiting what I'm doing there so as to get a cardio workout, but not push my limits and screw with my back any more than it's been screwed with the last few years.
