Fandom and RL Collide, Also Sports (I know, where's the pod?)
So the Hubby and I went out with some friends tonight and when we went back to their apartment and were walking up the steps (no elevator; working or otherwise) I noticed that the numbers on the doors that I could see were -05, -06, and -07. Can you guess which floor the friends live on? (it's a very small percentage of my f-list that this whole thing will even make any sense for...)
If you guessed the Third then you were right and get a cookie. They live in Apartment number 307. I almost made undignified noises out loud at that. As it was I couldn't contain myself as the Hubby and I were leaving and did squeal a little. The Hubby said 'What are you squealing about? Is this a fandom thing?' I tried to deny it, but he was all stubborn and wouldn't let it go. So I was like 'Fine, ok, yes... Andy and Chris live in apartment #307. That's the same apartment number that Jim and Blair live in...' Hubby just (wisely) rolled his eyes and grumbled faintly under his breath.
On a related note janedavitt, am I mistaken or was that Tom McBeath (sp?) in a S3 episode (it would have been one of the early ones), Either 'His Brother's Keeper' or 'Three Point Shot'. Yay Canadian Actors Bingo. I've been Main-Lining like a junkie, So they've started to blur together; will have to re-watch (BTW: Warriors = AWESOME, and the Synchronized Coffee Drinking (Jim and Simon) at the end of Fool Me Twice, made me giggle A Lot)
Also I'm not usually a sports fan, but while we were at Andy and Chris' place they had the Penn State/Ohio State game on and Penn State WON 13-6. GO NITTANY LIONS!!!!!!!!!
