I am super sad that we are down to the last 8 episodes of StarGate:SG-1. I freakin Love that show, but all good things must come to an end I guess. I am excited however to see that Michael Shanks is already getting work outside of the sci-fi genre. He's doing a guest stint on 24 (yummy) and he's been in 2 lifetime movies.
Regardless of what my husband thinks I do read and write Het (just not often). What I really am seeing a Severe lack of in the fic world is Lorne/Zalenka, I adore that pairing and there needs to be More of it. So I've decided that I Love thigh holsters (dude, they accentuate the package beautifully), and I just know that deep down Rodney McKay also has a 'thing' for Sheppard in a thigh holster I just need to find the fic that it is in.
So one of my best friends is getting married this Saturday. I am very excited for her she deserves only the best in the world. I have to wear a strapless dress in the wedding which is absolutely terrifying. I am so not a strappless girl.
My friend 'Maybe-Gay Jimmy' that is seriously what I call him and I are going to Toronto over Memorial Day weekend, that should be fun. 6+ hours in a car discussing religion, politics, and hot boys. Oh yeah.
My hasband and I are planning on starting a family (Yay, finally) and to that end I went off the pill in March (we are going to 'actively' start trying to get pregnant in July), I am so ready to be a mom.
