But I needed my sun to balance out the icy chill that had uncomfortably settled in my bones.

And yes, I'll admit that reading him sleeping with someone else hurt. A lot. But I kept telling myself that I deserve that^^
This wasn't to get revenge at you! LOL Although Jake with Olivia is probably what brought it back to the forefront of my head. Ever since I wrote Reality and Dreams, the certainty in my head that after the newborn battle with Jacob stuck in bed (though probably healed after just a week, he would probably have to pretend to be hurt and stuck in bed for much longer), would just bring the girls from the rez out in droves to 'visit' him and 'make him feel better'. Along with Bella in RaD, I just couldn't shake the visual of girls climbing on his 'poor, helpless, hurt' hot bod and taking a ride. LOL So I had to get it out!!
Part VIII was so beautifully written. Amazing work.

Speaking of that first 'thingy' I sent you to beta - that thought that "BELLA" *cough, cough* had - the one of the rez chicks climbing onto Jacob's poor, hurt bod and taking a ride is a left-over from that, that I haven't been able to shake. You can't tell me the girls wouldn't have been coming over to 'visit' him in droves!! I just know they would have. So Bella's little jealous rant in RaD, was really, kinda-sorta... me. LOL

Thank you. Like I was telling lilabut and amaggiepie above, this disturbing visual is left-over from Reality and Dreams, when "Bella" (cough, cough) is convinced that the rez girls have been coming out of the woodwork to 'visit' him and 'make him feel better'. Cos, you totally know they would!
