ok so I went and saw HP again today. It was still just as good. Let me say though, sometimes seeing a movie just ONCE is even better. I realized the way you remember it is usually better then the way it really was. Not saying there's anything wrong with this movie, but that's just something I realized.
ok so since there's just little over a week left until we get the very last HP book EVER in our hands, let me make a bit of a starter list for what I'd like to see happen/think will happen in the last book-
Harry NOT die. I don't think it's gonna happen.
Hagrid die, yes. I don't like the thought, but I do believe it's gonna happen.
Snape ending up the good guy although I'd still like him to turn out evil after all. His character in the books is much more evil than Snape in the movies btw. Believe it or not.
Draco dying. yes. I do believe it's gonna happen. And yes I do think he deserves it. Although the best way to end a character is an open ending. That's all there is to it. People like closer, yes, but they also like coming to their own conclusion. This won't be the case with Harry though because he's the hero so we HAVE to know what happens with him either way. Either he dies or he lives with consequences and a reason. A really really darn good reason {{as in why. he can't just simply live. Not him especially. There's too much against him}} I do believe Dan Rad would do one sexy death scene. And evidently he thinks so too. *shrugs*
Neville is gonna kill Lastrange, whatever her name is. And I wouldn't be surprised if Neville gets it too. Although it's unlikely she'll kill off a character that just avenged a good cause, it IS war, after all. ANYTHING can happen. Especially with JKR writing it.
I think all the Weasleys are safe. If anyone gets it, it'll be Percy. He'll all of a sudden decide he wants to protect his family after all and POOF, bye bye Percy. Not that we care. He's been a jerk. Although it'd still be kinda sad. Good way to wrap up that character though.
I think aunt Putunia is going to be the one with magical powers at a later than normal age AND I think she's going to discover that Dudley has those same powers, the way her and uncle Vernon has expected all along. I mean, come on, there's more reason to them spoiling that kid than just Harry being around.
I think there's still a chance Padfoot isn't really gone.
I think Dumbledore really really is.
I think Ginny is going to try sacrificing herself for the sake of Harry and that's going to be her big moment proving how much she really loves him even though he ends up kicking the bucket anyway.
I think there's more to Luna than just her role in the 5th book. I think she's going to end up being some sort of a spy or something. Not sure for which side yet. More than likely the good side. It'd be kinda cool if it was the bad side, but more than likely that just wouldn't happen. And also more than likely she's going to end up with Neville. JKR said they weren't getting together in the 6th book. She didn't say never ever. After all, Neville needs some too. And outcasts deserve each other.
I don't think Lavender Brown will make another appearance.
I believe Krum will. He's going to come back and stir things up a bit for Ron and make him tell Hermione just how much he REALLY DOES love her and need her and want her more for her body than her mind and all that crap.
I think Ron and Hermione are going to kiss at Bill and Fluer's wedding.
I think Charlie Weasley will finally be a part of the actual story. And it's going to have to do with dragons.
I think it's unlikely that any living soul is a Horcrux, but I do believe in order for Harry to completely finish off Voldy, he's going to have to sacrifice himself {{Mind you I did say I don't think he's going to die. Which means he's gonna be sacrificing something other than just his life}}. And it certainly aint gonna be pretty.
I think Ron and Hermione will have a son they name Harry.
I do not think Voldy is going down easy. I'm pretty sure none of us, fans of the books or not, think he will. BUT I think it's going to be more unpretty than any of us are imagining. I don't mean during the war, I mean during the death scene itself. hm.
I do believe Ron and Hermione are both safe. I think there's reasons why Harry befriended them both. SOMEONE somewhere made sure of it and we'll see exactly why in the end. But they're safe. They're safe because 2 out of the 3 won't die. All 3 won't die. And those 2 certainly won't while Harry lives. If she kills off Harry and Ron, that leaves Hermione in a stupid position of getting special treatment because she's a girl. If she kills off Harry and Hermione, that leaves Ron with absolutely no one. And again, that just aint gonna be happening.
I think if by some wizarding miracle Harry SURVIVES and kills Voldy all by himself, then he's going to live happily ever after with Ginny. Until they get into a huge fight and she leaves him for Neville in which case Luna goes after Ron which causes Hermione to have an affair with Harry just for Harry to beg Ginny back into his life, causing Neville to run back to Luna with his tail between his legs and leaving Ron and Hermione in a huge custody battle over their 10 kids because they're both too stubborn to give in and forgive each other until Ginny catches Harry in bed with Luna and Hermione taking Ginny's side which brings Hermione and Ron back together until Hermione comforts Neville a bit too much and ends up moving in with him which makes Harry realize how stupid he was for cheating on Ginny in the first place because he really does love her and doesn't want to end up like Hermione and Ron until Hermione knocks on Ron's door wanting his forgiveness because he truly is the only one for her and she walks in and finds him in bed with Harry. ... But the important part is that he who must not be named is in hell being screwed by Hitler and Satan.
The end.
