Hikaru-san is back! I do not know if it's a good thing that she is still once again stuck here in the City, but I can't express my joy now that we are all together once more. Although, I'm sure Hikaru knows the perils this City is capable of much more than I do. She is still regaining her memories so, please help her whenever you can.
[There's a bit of a pause and the sound of paper rustling. It seems like Fuu's writing again.]
I seem to have noticed that everyone had a strange appetite. I... am not certain how that came to be? It's highly unlikely that there is an epidemic. I do hope nothing serious would come of this. However, I think there is a looming side effect.
[Another pause.]
I have to look into this more, I'm afraid. Can anyone tell me if they felt any odd symptoms prior to what happened? Thank you!
Oh! Umi-san and I also want to apologize to everyone living in building 8. It was terribly rude of us to be so noisy last weekend. Seeing everyone was overwhelming! I am also sorry that I only aired this now.

It seems this is the day I celebrate my first month here in the City.
