so last week workinout was a wash do to the heatm but heres the last couple of days
saturday - 274lbs
wii active workout cardio/strength training, lower body - 20min
pell - focused on not watching where my sword is hitting but "knowing" where i am hitting
also left handed drills. and a speed drill focusing on breathing. -15min
cardio on eliptical - 30min - killed my xbox, had to send it in for repairs bummer
sunday
wii active cardio, upper & lower body training - 20min
cardio on elipitcal - 30 min beat "giest" game while doing so whoo hoo
played wii resort for about 30min swordfighting - yay!!!!
pell. jumped rump till i was tired then hit the pell as fast as i could. did this three times. man that was hard.
monday - rest
today
wii swordfighting (harder than you think) - 30min
wii active cardio and upper body workout
pell - left handed drills and speed drill while breathing - 15min - trying to use minimal movement with enough power - this one always amazes me that i dont have to come outta kansas to hit hard.
gonna wiegh myself every friday and post it, in an attempt to be inspired to lose wieght...
