I have thought a little bit about what i find most amusing, and i have narrowed it down to a two way tie. Recklessness and Neglegence, i feel are the two best things to base a joke around. Afterall, every senseless act is made just that much funnier if the person commiting the act is smoking a cigarette. Maybe i'm wrong.
